This n' that of what we've been up to the last while...
The main reason I haven't been good at my blog the past four months is I added another big job to my full-time motherhood one. Teaching not only Dance classes (three a week) but Preschool too. It really has been fun, but much more time, energy, and focus than I thought!
St. Patricks Day...we even made green four leaf clover rolls this year...where did this holiday come from anyway?
Enjoying family and friends before we are forced to leave them!
I've been able to visit teach one of my favorite people this year, Audrey Drury (the one in the middle). Right now she's battling liver Cancer and she's absolutely amazingly positive and has a wonderful perspective. What a blessing in my life to be able to learn from her this year.
We finally got to see Rob's old High School buddy Scott Burton and meet his wife (who was my best friend from High School's roommate) Hailey and their sweet little Lily. They're awesome. :) Thanks for driving all the way up guys! It was great to see you!
I had a fun day recently when Krissi (the one on the right) and I were able to drive out to Tooele and visit our friend Jeni (and see her new house), and Chera (my cousin whom I love).
I also got to go to lunch and visit with my best buddy Britt whom I got to know in Arizona during school. It was so nice to see her and her little guy Dashle. He and Trevor are the same age and they played well together. Thanks Britt, there's no one quite like you...and that's a compliment :).
This in one of Rob's favorite traditions he missed out on while in Arizona. After Priesthood session of conference the Soulier men glut themselves at Joe Morley's with his famous mud pie!
We enjoyed several outings with Grandparents lately. We're trying to get good time with them before we go. Ellie wants to be a "good grandma" when she grows up. She obviously has many good grandma's in her life, and we are very blessed we've been able to have all this time with them in the middle of our schooling years.
Out to Morelia's (Grandma Dee's favorite restaurant) with Grandpa Jencks and Grandma Dee.
We got to see my famous, beautiful and talented cousin Jessie Clark Funk in a play with my Grandparents Grandma Jan and Grandpa Ruel. It was wonderful to spend time with them one on one.
This was amazing, my best friends from High School were all able to get together the same night! It was to celebrate my friend Heidi's engagement (congrats Heidi, I love you!). We went out to eat at California Pizza Kitchen and surprised our waiter...
(Joey who was in Choir with all of us in High School) that we were all in one place at one time! It was a refreshing and rejuvenating to be with old friends who know and love me no matter what. You girls are my best (as my son Ryan would say).
Yeah for good weather and Grandma's swings!
Ellie's Piano Lessons and practicing. She's loved taking from a fabulous gal named Shauna Skoubye. She got married last week, and Ellie was so excited to be invited!
Trevor out of the tub with Grandma Jello.
